Account Coordinator, Paid Social

DEPT is hiring an Account Coordinator, Paid Social to support an account team, working remotely from the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Day to day the job covers building and optimising campaigns and ads across two to four channels including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest, formatting performance reports, monitoring budget pacing, and joining client calls and internal syncs.

DEPT wants someone with a year or more of paid social experience, strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and sharp time-management and communication skills.
