The SEO Bench
A free Google Sheets add-on that pulls query, page, device and country Search Console data straight into a spreadsheet, past the UI's export limit, with scheduled backups.
The Search Console UI caps its export at 1,000 rows, which is fine for a quick check and useless for a proper query-level audit on any site with real traffic. Search Analytics for Sheets sidesteps that by calling the Search Console API directly from a Google Sheets add-on, pulling query, page, device and country data into a spreadsheet in bulk, and it can schedule recurring pulls so you keep a running backup of data GSC itself only retains for sixteen months.
Ask a room of SEOs how they get GSC data into a spreadsheet without paying for a platform and this is usually the answer. It has held that position for years because it does the boring job reliably and is still actively updated, which is not something you can say for most free Google Workspace add-ons.
It is still bound by the same Search Console API quirks as any tool using that API: data typically lags two to three days, and very high-traffic sites can still hit API row limits on a single pull, so a wide date range may need splitting into smaller chunks.
