SEO Competence Lead

DEPT is hiring an SEO Competence Lead for its Creative and Media team in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, joining an EMEA SEO community of 40-plus consultants and acting as a senior strategic advisor to key clients.

The role covers building SEO and GEO strategies aligned to client goals, guiding the consultants supporting those accounts, and staying hands-on with research, audits and analysis, with a particular focus on GEO and social search.

DEPT wants a specialist with a strong strategic foundation in organic search who can take full ownership of growth for major EMEA clients while keeping the wider SEO offering current.
