Senior Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

Monks is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead one of its key client accounts from Madrid, blending commercial growth with hands-on influencer marketing delivery.

The role covers leading pitches to win new business, owning revenue for specific accounts, acting as the day-to-day client contact, sourcing and negotiating talent contracts for influencer campaigns, and mentoring a cross-functional team of creatives and producers.

Monks wants someone who can move comfortably between big-picture strategy and day-to-day project execution, keeping campaigns to a high creative standard while spotting new growth opportunities.
