Associate Director, Paid Media (Remote US)

Directive Consulting is hiring an Associate Director, Paid Media to join its remote US team, one of the agency's most senior client-facing roles.

Associate Directors are directly accountable for client and employee retention within their pod, with performance reflected in the agency's P&L. The role involves setting goals for every client engagement and ensuring the pod follows best practice across LTV:CAC modelling, Directive's Customer Generation methodology and Share of SERP tracking.

Directive wants a leader who can combine commercial accountability with hands-on paid media expertise. The role is fully remote within the United States.
